12|Feb|2009 1Good article. Another point to add is the call center does not need to be a single place with rows of cubes. The great thing about remote service in that not only can the equipment be anywhere, but the service people can be anywhere too. As the junior techs graduate to remote service, they don’s especially need to be relocated.
